Terms and conditions
- The booking becomes valid upon transfer of a 50% deposit to IBAN account number: BE 16 3800 1791 6274, with BIC code: BBRUBEBB.
- Transfer costs incurred by foreign payments are payable by the guest.
- Payment of balance: prior to your arrival by way of bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. B&B Zinneke does not accept credit or debit cards.
- Prices for a stay of more than 5 nights only apply if there is no change of room during the entire stay.
- In the event of cancellation within 8 nights of arrival, a cancellation fee will be payable equal to 50% of the total price of the booking. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee will be payable equal to 100% of the total price of the booking.
- The guests will be provided with a set of keys. In the event of loss, a replacement cost of 65 euro/set will be payable.
- Check-in time : between 3 and 10 pm or by arrangement; check-out time: before 11am
- Breakfast on week days from 8am, on weekends and bank holidays from 9am.
- The B&B is entirely non-smoking: guest rooms and public areas.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Booking with B&B Zinneke implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
